- How long have you been in business?
  We started the food delivery business in 2013
- What is the % commission you charge the restaurants?
  The commission can be anywhere from 10% to 15% depending on the deal made with each restaurant. However, we guarantee that Our Fee + GrubHub, Doordash etc. fees combined will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies.
- What if your driver never shows up?
  That’s never happened but if it happens, our company will cover the food cost and will credit the customer for the same amount
- Do you have enough drivers?
  We Have Thousands of Drivers everywhere in United States. Please contact us for more info if you are not seeing your city listed bellow.
- What if the food is delivered late?f the food is delivered late and the order is canceled, the restaurant will receive a cancellation email with the reason why the food is cancelled. If the reason is because of our driver. then we will cover 100% of the food cost. GrubHub only covers 70%
- Does the restaurant need to call when there is an order for delivery?
  No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as the restaurant does. Our driver will be dispatched within minutes of receiving the order and at the restaurant to pick up the food when ready
